Participants acquire the ability to better advise their Associations as to setting policy and managing expectations regarding the evaluation of each foreclosure or collections matter. Participating managers will be provided up-to-date, real world information regarding statutory procedures, processes, and practical policies designed to facilitate better management of collections files, with a specific focus on protecting managers and community associations.
